PROJECT AIM
The project aims to offer a solution through which youth workers contribute to reducing the social and professional anxiety of young people from Generation Z. The solution developed in the project is the innovative training tool, BE YOU, through which Generation Z youth improve their ability to communicate face-to-face, manage time, work in teams and increase their self-confidence.
TACKLING KEY LIFE-SKILLS
BE YOU project aims to find solutions that lead to increasing self-confidence, improving face-to-face communication, time management and teamwork as solutions to reduce social and professional anxiety for Generation Z.
COMMUNICATION
Develop clear and effective communication for personal and professional success.
