Kick-off meeting in Romania: building confidence and skills for Gen Z!
We’re thrilled to announce the official launch of the BE YOU project! This exciting initiative, funded by Erasmus+ KA2, brings together partners from 5 countries on a mission to help young people from Generation Z overcome social and professional anxieties.
What is BE YOU?
BE YOU is an innovative training tool designed to empower Gen Z with the skills they need to thrive. Through interactive workshops and engaging activities, participants will learn to:
- Communicate confidently face-to-face: Enhance their ability to clearly express themselves in any situation.
- Master the art of time management: Develop strategies to prioritize tasks and navigate busy schedules effectively.
- Build strong teamwork skills: Cultivate collaboration and cooperation to achieve collective goals.
- Boost self-confidence: Discover their strengths and develop a strong sense of belief in themselves.
What’s in store?
The BE YOU project is creating a comprehensive learning kit that includes:
- A detailed guide: Providing a clear roadmap for implementing the program.
- An online platform: Offering accessible learning resources and interactive activities.
- Workshop templates: Serving as a foundation for engaging training sessions.
- Role-playing games (LARPs): Adding a fun and interactive element to the learning process.
Beyond the toolkit, the project encompasses:
- Training workshops: Equipping both young people and youth workers with the necessary skills to utilize the BE YOU program effectively.
- Awareness campaigns and events: Spreading the word and encouraging participation among Gen Z.
