Partners meet up in Athens, Greece

On 24th January, project partners came together in Athens, Greece, to evaluate the project milestones and discuss upcoming activities. Hosted by project partners Larpifiers AMKE, this meeting provided an opportunity for partners to reconnect, evaluate progress, and plan the next steps for bringing the BE YOU Kit to youth workers and young people across Europe.
During the meeting, partners reflected on the significant progress made, including the successful development of the BE YOU Kit. They discussed how its engaging and experiential approach can be maximized to support youth workers in their efforts to create impactful learning experiences for young people. The collaborative nature of the meeting allowed each organization to share insights, challenges, and ideas for ensuring that the kit remains a valuable and accessible resource for youth-focused initiatives.
BE YOU Kit is designed as a comprehensive and interactive learning resource that empowers Generation Z with essential life skills. Through a detailed guide, immersive Live Action Role Plays (LARPs), and dynamic training workshops, the kit focuses on fostering self-confidence, effective communication, time management, and teamwork—key competencies that are critical for personal and professional development.
Upcoming Activities: local workshops for youth workers and young people
With the BE YOU Kit now developed, the next phase of the project will focus on real-world implementation through local workshops. These workshops will be tailored for two key audiences:
- Workshops for Youth Workers: Project partners will train youth workers on how to effectively integrate the BE YOU Kit into their activities. Through hands-on sessions, participants will explore how LARPs and interactive methodologies can be used as tools for skill development, ensuring that they feel confident in using the kit with young people
- Workshops for Youth: In addition to training youth workers, partners will also organize workshops specifically for young people. These sessions will use the BE YOU Kit’s LARP-based approach to engage participants in experiential learning, helping them build crucial skills such as teamwork, communication, and time management. The goal is to empower youth with practical abilities and self-confidence, equipping them with tools they can apply in their everyday lives and future careers.
Stay tuned as we continue to share updates on the BE YOU Kit’s implementation and its impact on youth and youth workers across Europe!
