Your emotions are your superpower — they drive your choices, fuel your connections, and shape you. By learning to name and embrace them, you unlock the wisdom and strength to live boldly and authentically. Explore the Wheel of Emotions to decode your feelings, boost empathy, and turn emotional chaos.

BODY AWARENESS

Understanding yourself starts with connecting to your body, as it holds memories of all your experiences and shapes your emotions and actions. By building body awareness and practicing mindfulness, you can move beyond automatic reactions, embrace your emotions, and regain control over your life.

IDENTITY, BELONGING & AUTHENTICITY

Growing up often means juggling two big needs: belonging and being yourself. As Gen Z, you might feel the pressure to stay in your comfort zone while craving a more authentic identity. This self-study unit dives into how your earliest relationships shape your attachment style – whether that’s anxious, avoidant, disorganized, or secure – and how these patterns can either hold you back or help you thrive. You’ll learn about “reparenting,” harnessing imagination, and Bill Plotkin’s “Nurturing Generative Adult,” giving you the tools to heal old wounds, embrace your true self, and still find genuine connection in the world around you.

NON VIOLENT COMMUNICATION

Non-violent Communication (NVC) is like your roadmap for ditching blame and drama in everyday life. Developed by Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg, it helps you speak your truth, genuinely hear others, and turn conflicts into real connections by focusing on four simple steps: observations, feelings, needs, and requests.
